A lot of knowledge resources in the form of interactive video lectures, non-interactive video lectures, audio lectures and texts in various formats are available in the cyber space in different domains including digital libraries maintained by academic, research and other institutions.
Ministry of Human-resources development, Government of India (MHRD, GOI) is also in the fore-front of funding for peparation and hosting of such resources. These resources are freely avaiable for all. There are options for joining courses and get certified. For certifcations, nominal examination fee is charged.
